How do I purchase CONEN products?
CONEN sells its mounting solutions through a worldwide network of OEMs, distributors and Educational and Pro AV dealers. We do not sell directly.
To become a dealer, please fill out the Dealer Application Form and return it to DA@conenmounts.com.
Be sure to include all of the requested information so that your application can be processed as efficiently as possible.

How do I get pricing?
Dealers can receive price information on products, or receive special pricing quotes on large quantity orders, by contacting our sales team. For contact details, click here.
Are CONEN products covered under a warranty?
CONEN warrants its range of motorized mounts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 5 years. Projection boards come with a 2-year limited warranty.

What is your damaged good/returns policy?
Upon acceptance of a shipment, it is your responsibility to check the delivery and report any damages or shortages. If a shipment is received with obvious freight damage or the carton is obviously damaged, DO NOT sign the delivery note until the nature and extent of the damage is noted on the CMR Form / freight bill. Please take a photo of the damage and include it with the claim. Any damages or shortages must be reported, in writing, to RMA@conenmounts.com within 48 hours. This also applies to concealed damages.
